• Free Cancellation Period: 100% of the payment is refunded for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the transfer date.

• Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): A 50% refund is made for cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before the transfer time, due to logistics and vehicle allocation costs.

• No-Show: No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the transfer time or in case the guest is not present at the specified time/address (No-Show).

• Flight Delays: No extra fees are charged for delays resulting from flight delays; your reservation is rescheduled to the new time at no additional cost.

• Are Prices One Way? Yes, all prices above (VIP and Shuttle) are for One-Way transfers.

• Round-Trip Pricing: For Two-Way (Round-Trip) transfer bookings, two separate one-way fares are charged. However, special discounts of up to 10% are applied for round-trip reservations made simultaneously.
