All reservations can be made through our website, our WhatsApp line, or our office.
A prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining amount will be collected in cash or by the specified payment method on the day of the service.
Saraçoğlu Travel Bodrum reserves the right to cancel the reservation or change the date if deemed necessary.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For cancellations made by the participant, notification must be given at least 48 hours before the tour start date.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
For cancellations due to weather conditions or force majeure, the full refund will be given or the tour may be rescheduled.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Saraçoğlu Travel Bodrum cannot be held responsible for any damage to participants' personal belongings or any damage caused by its own fault during the tour.
Delays that may occur during transfer vehicles and tours may be due to weather, traffic, or third-party factors. In such cases, our company provides all possible support but assumes no direct liability.
6. Insurance
All our transfer vehicles are covered by mandatory passenger transport insurance. However, personal travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

These cancellation and refund policies apply to all tour, transfer, and special service reservations made through Saraçoğlu Travel Bodrum.
By making a reservation, each guest is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set forth below.
2. Cancellations by Participants
For day tours, cancellations are fully refunded if notified at least 48 hours before the tour start date.
No prepayment will be refunded for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour start date.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour start date, the full service fee will be charged.
For transfer service cancellations, notification must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe.
3. Cancellations by Saraçoğlu Travel Bodrum
In the event of tour or transfer cancellation due to weather conditions, technical malfunctions, road safety, or force majeure, the customer will receive a full refund.
If the customer requests, the paid amount may be postponed to another date or transferred to a different tour/transfer service.
Our company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary for security or operational reasons.
4. No-Show
If a guest is not present at the scheduled departure time, is late, or does not attend, no refund will be given.
This situation is considered a "no-show."
5. Group Reservations
For group reservations (5 or more people), cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Special conditions may apply for group cancellations, in accordance with company policy.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved, using the payment method used.
For bank and credit card transactions, the refund period may vary depending on the respective bank's policies.
7. Change Requests
Changes such as reservation dates or participant information can be made free of charge, as long as they are notified at least 48 hours before the tour begins.
Last-minute changes will be considered subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure
Circumstances such as natural disasters, illness, war, strikes, transportation restrictions, or official prohibitions are considered "force majeure."
In such cases, the customer is offered the option of:
